When will my order ship?
 

We appreciate your business.  We ship orders fast to get your tools to you quickly!

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

We ship packages weighing less than 150 lbs via UPS Ground.  Packages over this limit will be shipping via LTL Trucking Carrier.   See the cart below to estimate when you will receive your order.

What is a liftgate service?
 
We use trucking carriers for orders that weight over 150 pounds. The trucks used are designed for use with loading docks. If delivery is to a business or residence without a loading dock a special truck can be used to lower the cargo to ground.   This is a liftgate service.  This does not apply to UPS Ground orders.

Delivery Adress Lift Gate Service Needed
Business Address with loading dock No lift gate service is needed.
Business or Residential address with 2-4 able bodied people to lift product No lift gate service is needed.
All others Lift Gate Service required.

Why does it cost extra for residential delivery?
 

Most shipping carriers charge extra fees to deliver to your home residence.  In most cases we absorb these fees.  However, some orders may be charged an additional fee for delivery to a residence.  This fee is imposed by the trucking carrier.  We do everything possible to minimize your freight costs.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Free shipping is only offered to addresses in the Continental USA.
What is your return policy?
 

We accept product returns subject to the following conditions.

  • Any unused product still in the original packaging may be returned within 3 days of receipt. 
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • Any freight costs to return the product are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • You must call 1-800-421-3815 and request an RMA number. 
  • Any return shipment without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  • After we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm it is in new condition. 
  • After confirming the return's condition we will process your refund. 
  • No refunds will be provided on original shipping charges.
  • Please inspect your product for damages before accepting delivery from the shipping company. 
  • If the product was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with shipping company.  Items damaged in shipping should not be returned.  A claim should be filed with the shipping company.
  • No return requests will be accepted after 3 days from item receipt for any reason.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
